What Grace Bloom is
Grace Bloom is our congregation's store. What it raises supports the church projects. This site lets you choose products and pay online when available, or arrange a request with our team through WhatsApp.
How an order works
Add products to your bag, select pickup or shipping, and continue to payment. Review your items, delivery details and final total before paying. Payment is confirmed when Stripe reports its result to the store. For WhatsApp requests, send the message and wait for our team's reply.
- Stripe processes payments in its secure form. The store does not retain full card numbers or security codes.
- Adding something to the bag does not reserve stock or guarantee availability.
- Opening WhatsApp or starting checkout does not mean an order is paid.
Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and cover the product, not delivery. The total shown in your bag is an estimate; checkout shows the final amount, including shipping and applicable taxes, before confirmation. We may correct prices, withdraw products or adjust availability at any time and without prior notice, including after you have filled your bag.
If a product has sold out or the price has changed from what you saw, we tell you before charging anything and you can cancel at no cost.
Delivery
- Church pickup: free, on Sundays after every service, at the Grace Bloom table in the lobby.
- Home delivery: supported destinations and costs appear during checkout. Ask the store about other destinations before purchasing.
Whatever is in stock is delivered the following Sunday. Custom pieces take one to two weeks. These times are estimates and can vary with the season or with supplier delays.
Payment
Online payments use Stripe when enabled. Available methods appear in the payment form. Contact the store through WhatsApp to arrange bank transfer or cash payment. Keep your order reference for enquiries and refunds.
Exchanges and returns
We exchange a garment's size without any trouble as long as it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Message us and we arrange it for the following Sunday.
Custom pieces — anything carrying a name, a date or a made-to-order design — cannot be exchanged or returned, except for manufacturing defects. If something arrives damaged, message us with a photo and we replace it.
Use of the site
The text, illustrations, prints and photography of Grace Bloom belong to the congregation and may not be reproduced or sold without permission. The internal admin panel is for the store team.
Languages
This store is published in Spanish and English. Both versions describe the same conditions; should they ever differ, the Spanish version prevails.
