What Grace Bloom is
Grace Bloom is our congregation's store. What it raises supports the church projects. This site works as a catalog: you pick what you want here, and the order is closed on WhatsApp with someone from the team.
How an order works
You add products to your bag, choose how you want to receive them, and press “Send order on WhatsApp”. That opens a chat with the message already written. The order is not recorded until you send that message and we reply to confirm it.
- The site does not process payments. We never ask for or store card details.
- Adding something to the bag does not reserve stock or guarantee availability.
- The WhatsApp confirmation is what closes the order.
Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and cover the product, not delivery. The total shown in your bag is an estimate; we confirm the final amount when we reply. We may correct prices, withdraw products or adjust availability at any time and without prior notice, including after you have filled your bag.
If a product has sold out or the price has changed from what you saw, we tell you before charging anything and you can cancel at no cost.
Delivery
- Church pickup: free, on Sundays after every service, at the Grace Bloom table in the lobby.
- Home delivery: from $5.00, depending on the area. We confirm the exact cost on WhatsApp.
Whatever is in stock is delivered the following Sunday. Custom pieces take one to two weeks. These times are estimates and can vary with the season or with supplier delays.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer once the order is confirmed, or in cash when you pick it up on Sunday. We send the transfer details on WhatsApp; we never publish them on the site and we will never ask for them through another channel.
Exchanges and returns
We exchange a garment's size without any trouble as long as it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Message us and we arrange it for the following Sunday.
Custom pieces — anything carrying a name, a date or a made-to-order design — cannot be exchanged or returned, except for manufacturing defects. If something arrives damaged, message us with a photo and we replace it.
Use of the site
The text, illustrations, prints and photography of Grace Bloom belong to the congregation and may not be reproduced or sold without permission. The internal admin panel is for the store team.
Languages
This store is published in Spanish and English. Both versions describe the same conditions; should they ever differ, the Spanish version prevails.
