Information we use
Grace Bloom uses Firebase to host the store, manage administrator access and store enquiries and orders. Continuing from the bag creates a pending order with products, sizes, quantities, delivery selection, note, name, email and optional phone. It remains even if payment is not completed. After payment, Stripe supplies the payment status and reference and the shipping address when applicable.
Cards and payments
The embedded Stripe form collects card details and processes payment. Full card numbers and security codes are not stored in our database. Stripe processes information needed for payments and fraud prevention under its privacy policy.
Enquiries and store activity
When you request an order or send a WhatsApp enquiry, your message is prepared using what you entered. We may also store those contact details in Firebase to respond. We record visits, product views, bag actions and WhatsApp openings. These events describe activity; they do not prove that a purchase occurred.
Personal enquiry details and orders, including pending ones, are accessible only to authorized administration. Some activity counters and notices are public; purchase notices show only a product and when payment was confirmed, without the customer's name, phone, email or delivery address.
Storage on your device
The bag, entered details and payment-attempt reference are stored for the tab session. Administrator drafts are stored in the administrator's browser. Clearing browser storage does not delete orders already recorded in our systems.
Purposes and providers
We use information to process purchases, arrange delivery, answer enquiries, manage refunds and protect the service. Google Firebase provides infrastructure and Stripe processes payments. WhatsApp's policies also apply when you choose that service. We do not sell contact data or use it for advertising messages.
Retention and contact
We retain enquiries and orders as needed to handle them and meet applicable obligations. To access, correct or request deletion of your data, contact +1 (347) 209-9550 or visit our contact page. Retention obligations for completed transactions may limit deletion.
