The short version
This site has no server of its own and no database. There is no form that sends anything toGrace Bloom: whatever you type travels with you to WhatsApp when you choose to open the chat. Until then it is stored only in your browser.
What data is collected
What you type
In the bag you can enter your name, your phone number and a note for the order. On the contact page you can enter your name, a WhatsApp number or email, and your message. That data:
- Is stored in your browser's local storage so you do not lose it when you change page.
- Is inserted into the WhatsApp message that opens when you press the send button.
- Is never sent to any Grace Bloom server, at any point.
What is stored on its own
Your shopping bag (which products, which sizes, which quantities) is also stored in your browser, so it is still there if you close the tab and come back later. The language is not stored: each version of the store has its own address, so you simply return to the one you prefer.
What is not collected
We use no analytics, there are no tracking pixels, there is no advertising and we build no browsing profiles. We never ask for card or banking details on the site.
Who it is shared with
When you press any WhatsApp button you leave this site and enter WhatsApp. From there, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply, and we have no control over them. The message you send is received by the store team.
The site loads nothing from third parties: fonts, images and code are all served from this same domain, so browsing the store generates no requests to any other server.
What we use your data for
Only to reply to you, confirm your order, arrange delivery and agree on payment. We do not sell it, we do not pass it to third parties and we do not use it to send you advertising.
How long it is kept
Whatever your browser stores stays until you delete it. You can remove it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings; that empties your bag and erases anything you typed. WhatsApp conversations are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the order.
Your rights
You can ask us what information from a conversation we still hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp at +1 (347) 209-9550 or through the contact page.
Minors
The store is intended for adults in the congregation. If you are under age, place the order together with your parent or guardian.
Changes
If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page along with the revision date shown above.
Pending before launch: identify the data controller (the congregation's registered name and address) and name the data protection authority that applies in the relevant country. If analytics or a server-backed form is added later, this document must be revised.
